One Program. Three Plans.
Healthy Transformation plans are designed to offer flexibility around three of the most established,
evidence-based diets. Very low-calorie diet (VLCD) and low-calorie diet (LCD) approaches are available.

Our program plans may be modified or replaced with one another to enhance your weight management program.
High Protein Meal Replacement
- Maximum 800 calories per day
- Four high-protein meal replacements per day recommended along with allowable foods
High Fat, Low Carb Meal Replacement
- 1,200-1,800 calories per day
- Two ketogenic meal replacements per day recommended along with allowable foods
40:30:30 Balanced Ratio Meal Replacement
- 1,200-1,800 calories per day
- Two balanced meal replacements per day recommended along with allowable foods
